Q. If I upgrade the firmware on the iPhone, will it remove the phone software?

 

A. Yes, if you decide to upgrade it will remove our software and it will also remove any jail break that has take place on the phone returning the phone back to it’s original state.

Q. Can I delete the Cydia icon?

 

A. No but it can be hidden. This can be done through our software once it is installed.

Q. How do I jailbreak the iPhone?

 

A. We are not responsible for taking you through this process. Our technical support team is on hand to advise on what is best to do but we advise you to seek out tutorial via the web as there are many that can help you with this process. Anything concerning the actual installation of our software we are more than happy to assist you on.

Q. Does anyone have the capability to review recorded data besides me on my web account?

 

A. No you are provided with a secure web account in order to monitor phone activity. Only you have access to this information through your own unique password.

Q. How many phones can I monitor with a single license of your software?

 

A. Only one at a time, if you wish to monitor another phone with the same license you will have to first deactivate that license and then install it onto another phone.

Q. My logs have stopped coming into my web account, is there a problem with the software?

 

A. No, there could be a number of reasons why this is the case some of the reasons could be: There has been no activity on the phone The phone is switched off The software has been noticed by the user and has been deleted (to prevent this always place the software in hide mode)

Q. Will users know the software is installed and running on a phone or a computer?

 

A. No. There is a way of hiding the software on the mobile phone, which is explained in the instruction manual. There is also a way of hiding the installation of Spector pro on a Mac and PC,

Q. Does my phone need Internet access for the software to work?

 

A.Yes it does. In order to go through the phone installation process your phone will have to have Internet access. Also in order for monitoring activity to take place the phone should have an Internet plan in place.

Q. What if your version of software is not compatible with my phone?

 

A. You will not be able to use our software. Spector pro is compatible with both Mac and PCs. However our phone software is compatible with over 400 phones on the market. But unfortunately our phone software is not compatible with all phones. We endeavor to make constant upgrades so in order to find out if a version of our software is available in due course the best thing to do is to e-mail us and we will inform you of any new releases for your device.

Q. How do I use remote bugging or remote listening?

 

A. On the Target phone (the phone that the software is installed on) within our software you set a mobile number that will be the number of the monitor phone (the phone that does not have the software installed on it). Once this number is set you can call the target phone and the microphone will be activated and you can here everything that goes on around the phone. As long as you have the mute button switched on (on the monitor phone) any background noise will not be herd through the target phones speaker. If the user of the target phone hits any buttons on the phone the bugging process will be disconnected completely. This feature can be turned on and off remotely via SMS at any time.

Q. How do I process a refund?

 

Simply E-mail us with your full name activation code and a refund and we will issue a refund to you with in 5 working days.

Q. How do I move the software from one phone to another?

 

You must uninstall the software from one phone then use the same activation key to install it on another phone. Be aware that you can only move the software from one iphone device to another iphone device or from one Blackberry to another blackberry device. For example if you by Premier XL and the version that you buy is compatible with a blackberry you will only be able to move the software to another device which is compatible with the software that you have purchased. So in conclusion you can not move the software across different platforms i.e from one iphone to an Andriod phone.

Q. Do I need physical access to the phone in order to install the software?

 

A.Yes, absolutely! You will need access to the mobile device for at least 10 mins to 15 mins. You will need to install the program through the web browser of the mobile device. Then enter the activation code which was provided to you via e-mail subsequent to purchasing the product. Bare in mind if you have an iphone or a Android phone this process could take longer. Q. How do I install?

 

A. Installation must take place on the target phone which is the phone that the software is to be placed onto. The monitor phone is the phone which you can control the target and also intercept calls and initiate phone bugs.When you place your order you will be sent a detailed manual that will give you step-by-step instructions. You will also be sent an e-mail that will give you an activation code. This must be used in order to activate the software from the phones web browser.Spector pro Computer software is a simple and straightforward installation file that once clicked takes you through a simple step-by-step installation process.
